Induction heating

The induction heating is an advanced worldwide used technological process that simplifies the installation of bearings on shafts and performs heating of the couplings, sleeves, gears and other ring parts. The induction heating is conducted on special devices- induction heaters. As opposed to blowlamps, oil bath, heating furnaces and plates the induction heaters are much more functional, safe, environment-friendly and energy saving.

The induction heaters perform fast and uniform heating of bearings, couplings and other parts up to the defined temperature within the accuracy of one degree. It should be noted, that during the induction heating all the heater components remain cold, while only a heating surface of the installed part is heated. The heating temperature and time and power supply parameters can be controlled on the induction heater screen. Use of the induction heaters BALTECH HI Series excludes damages of the bearings.

The induction heating technology is high-performance and designed according to the European and international standards for safe maintenance of the technological equipment and machines. Using this method of heating you will reduce the downtime and provides the qualitative repair of parts and machines of production facilities which will in its turn increase your profit.
