Induction heater for parts

The thermal processing is widely used for metal founding or hardening, for heating some elements and separate parts during maintenance of various machines. Open fire is an inefficient method because in this case the heating is distributed nonuniformly, the heating process is uncontrolled and it can lead to the metal structure change and as a result to improper mounting and damage of the equipment.

To ensure optimal solution a special heater is used that provides non- contact transmission of high-frequency energy to a part; this energy is transformed into a thermal one and the part is heated to the defined temperature. The induction heater also has a variety of advantages over oil bathes and heating furnaces: flexibility- it allows heating bearings, gears, couplings and other ring parts; fast and uniform heating; opportunity to control the heating time and temperature; automatic demagnetization function, easy- to-use, no smell and smoke; environmentally friendly.

Use of the induction heater BALTECH HI-1670 for heating pars during the technical maintenance of machines increases the equipment service life and reduces unscheduled breakdowns and repairs.

If you want to purchase the induction heater we recommend you to address yourself to our sales representatives for assistance because selection of the induction heater depends on the part type, geometry, technical requirements, etc.
