Induction heaters for bearing mounting
The BALTECH HI-1610 and BALTECH HI-1630 induction heaters operate on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Our induction heaters are delivered with special gloves, universal yokes and a temperature sensor to control the heating process.
You only need to install the bearing or work-piece on the yoke, set the heating temperature and install the temperature sensor with a magnet on a part to be heated. If you want to heat a non- magnetic part we recommend controlling the heating process using the BALTECH TL-0208C infrared thermometer.
The whole heating process is very simple and fast. You need to press the START button and wait a few minutes. After heating up to the set temperature the induction heater transmits a voice alarm and stops the heating process automatically.
The induction heaters use a transformer scheme and operate on the principle of the electromagnetic induction. As a result the heated part gets a residual magnetization. The automatic demagnetization takes place upon the heating completion or when switching on the bearing heater. If you go away or forgot to turn off the heater, the induction heater will heat the bearing or work- piece independently to prevent it from cooling.
The BALTECH HI-1610 and BALTECH HI-1630 induction heaters use a method of thermal expansion of the bearings, which makes the installation easy and simple.
For small bearings we recommend that you use a special mounting tool set BALTECH TOOL Series.
